Member management can be a time consuming problem. It is however essential to keep track of who is a member and how they can be contacted.
With Club Mash, members will now have the facility to log into the members area and keep their own details up-to-date, removing the headache of missing phone numbers or email addresses. The club will have one central database of club members which it will be able to use and administer as required.
The member management system will also organise and remind members to renew their membership fee when required (refer to Fee Payment), update their contact details when necessary and provide each member with the facility to notify the committee of any changes.
It acts as an easy to use member organisation tool which removes the problems that come with an ever changing membership!
